BOOKING CONDITIONS
My prices are based on the following:
* Your location.
* How many people are attending the event.
* How long you would like the session to last.
Typically I bring along 7 animals on the day, however there is no guarantee we will get through all animals during the event, although I will try my best to do so.
I do my best to accommodate any particular animals you would like me to bring, however there are times where some animals become unavailable to bring along, for example sickness or grumpy moods like us. If I can’t bring a particular animal on the day I will bring something else in their place.
Before booking, it must be confirmed that there will be hand washing facilities available at the event and that all individuals handling the animals will have access to this. I am happy to provide appropriate hand wash disinfectants for the event.
You should wash your hands after handling animals to prevent the spread of bacteria and disease. Many animals carry bacteria and germs on their skin and fur, which can be easily transferred to humans through touch. By washing your hands after handling animals, you can help reduce the risk of infection and illness. Additionally, some animals, such as reptiles and amphibians, can carry salmonella bacteria, which can cause serious illness in humans. By washing your hands after handling these animals, you can help prevent the spread of salmonella and other harmful bacteria.
As these are animals, there are the odd occasions that they may go to the bathroom during the sessions, please make sure the event will be held in somewhere easily cleaned and disinfected in case of these scenarios.
Although it is very unlikely these events may happen, I must make you aware that animals can be unpredictable and may bite or scratch if they feel threatened. I will always do a talk at the start of the event to show all individuals how to handle the animals in order to minimise these risks.
DEPOSIT SYSTEM
To secure your date and time, I now require a £20 deposit which can be sent via bank transfer or by PayPal. This deposit is non-refundable, however I will accommodate date changes when possible. Unfortunately I am unable to hold any dates without a deposit as I often have multiple enquires regarding the same date and time. There is no guarantee the date requested will still be available without deposit confirmation.
HOW DO I PAY?
The outstanding balance can be taken in full before the event by either bank transfer or PayPal.
Alternatively, this balance can be paid on the day of the event, either in cash at the time or the event or bank transfer which must be done before the event starts.
Unfortunately at this moment in time, I am unable to accept cheques.
